Every accomplishment and every dream that we have begins with a mental picture of what the final result should look like. If our expectation is one thing and the results ends up congruent with that mental picture, then our "vision" and result have been one in the same. On the other hand, if the final result is different than our expectation is, we become exasperated because the end product and the original mental picture are entirely different. We help new home buyers conceptualize the potential of "what can be" when dealing with the not so pretty "as-is condition" found in many Detroit homes. Once you've made the decision to move forward with your new find, we look at the areas that require updating with specific attention given to working with a stipulated budget for corrections and lifestyle adaptations. Most times, concerns can be corrected and improvements can be made immediately after closing and before you actually move into your new home. You can have it your way. Therein lies the beauty of seeing the potential within.
